Payment must be received in the form of a check, purchase order or credit card 10 working days from the date of registration, or 10 working days before the first day of class, whichever comes first.
 
Can I bring payment with me to class?
Yes.
 
Can I register online for someone else or for multiple team members?
Yes. The Team Training Registration feature allows you to register for someone else or to register for multiple team members using one convenient payment transaction.
 
How long does a check refund take?
Four to six (4-6) weeks.
 
How long does a credit card refund take?
One to two (1-2) weeks.
 
My company is usually entitled to corporate discounts. How do I find out if I'm entitled to a discount?

Cancellation Policy
 
 
 
CANCELLATIONS BY THE STUDENT
  1. For cancellations made ten (10) or more business days prior to the start of a course, the student can request to either:
           
    • Be rescheduled into another course, or
    • Receive a full refund from Secant Technology.
 
  1. For cancellations made within ten (10) business days prior to the start of the course, payment is non-refundable.
  2. For no-shows, payment is non-refundable "No Shows" is defined as the student does not show up on the date the course starts with no prior communication from the student to cancel or reschedule the course.
 
RESCHEDULING
For reschedules made ten (10) or more business days prior to the start of a course, the student can request a different date, a different course, or a different location.
 
For reschedules made less than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the course, students must reschedule immediately, and are limited to rescheduling one time, and for only the same course at the same location (ex.  the student cannot request a different course nor a different location). The new course must be taken within a maximum of six months from the original course date. To reschedule, call toll-free 877-329-1691 and ask for scheduling.
 
SUBSTITUTIONS OF ONE STUDENT FOR ANOTHER
Substitutions of one student for another for a specific enrollment are accepted with at least two days notice before the class begins, provided the substitute meets the course prerequisites or is approved by Secant Technology Management.
 
CANCELLATIONS BY SECANT TECHNOLOGY OR ITS DELIVERY PARTNERS
Secant Technology’s Right to Cancel or Reschedule: Secant Technology or its delivery partners may cancel or reschedule any class and will attempt to provide at least ten (10) business days notice when canceling or rescheduling. At Customer's direction, Secant Technology or its delivery partners will refund to Customer fees paid for the canceled class or credit the fees toward the fees chargeable for the rescheduled Class.
 
NOTE: Travel arrangements are the student's responsibility and Secant Technology assumes no liability for any costs, including non-refundable tickets, that may be incurred in the unlikely event of a course cancellation or rescheduling.
